The meal: “Eggs benedict, just the way they prepare it. The sauce and everything on it.”

Lunch: Sandbar Sports Grill, West Vail

The meal: “Steak fajita wrap. Taste, flavor. The steak’s cooked right before they put it in. It’s not overcooked. It’s not fatty.”

Dinner: Mango’s Mountain Grill, Red Cliff

The meal: “Fish tacos. The sauce. It’s a mild fish and they’re usually up really quick.”

Breakfast: The Lift Cafe, Minturn

The meal: “The breakfast burrito. It’s just straight up good.”

Lunch: Ti Amo Ristorante, Eagle-Vail

The meal: “Farfalle Con Pollo. It’s good and it’s reasonable.”

Dinner: Chili Willy’s, Minturn

The meal: “Hot wings. The sauce ” it’s just good.”

Breakfast: The French Press, Edwards

The meal: “Breakfast bagels. I just really like breakfast bagels. There’s not much to it. I like breakfast in general. It’s my favorite meal of the day.”

Lunch: Gore Range Brewery, Edwards

The meal: “Buffalo chicken salad. I don’t like lettuce. It’s got a lot of ingredients on top.”

Dinner: Kelly Liken, Vail

The meal: “The short ribs. They melt in your mouth.”
