$3M for biofuels training
FORT COLLINS, Colo. ” A Colorado State professor has received a $3 million grant to provide biofuels training to doctoral students.
CSU said Monday that the National Science Foundation awarded the money to Professor Ken Reardon to train up to 45 doctoral students over the next five years in topics ranging from environmental assessment to fuel engineering and plant biotechnology.
CSU will provide an additional $600,000 for graduate teaching assistants and tuition.
The funding will also support four master’s students from CSU-Pueblo.
