Addiction recovery program in Eagle

Daily staff report
Vail, CO Colorado

EAGLE, Colorado – The Vail Valley’s first healing and recovery intensive program, open to anyone in search of a change in their life, is taking place in Eagle County. A free introductory evening is set for Friday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. It will be held at 212 Chambers in Eagle at the Chambers Center.

Catherine Zeeb, a certified addictions psychotherapist, will facilitate the evening and discuss how the new recovery program will benefit anyone searching for wholeness. She will discuss some of the healing and recovery methods that will be used throughout the program.

“I’m very excited about this program,” Zeeb said. “There are programs which cater to those in the legal system, but I wanted to have a program open to anyone looking to heal and recover from any type of addiction.”

Many people have an addiction to something – alcohol, drugs, emotions, food, sex, and so much more. This program is a nine-week commitment and a mind, body and spirit approach, which includes a variety of healing and recovery methods. No one method will be used as no one method is for everyone.

All are welcome to attend Friday. The nine-week program includes a two-hour group session once a week along with a one-hour private session once a week. There will be homework each week. The cost of the program is $1,800.

Zeeb has a PhD in metaphysics and more than 10 years of experience working with addictions of all types. Contact Zeeb for more information at 970-376-6660 or visit her website at
