Affordable housing complex on Eagle Co. agenda
Vail, CO Colorado
EAGLE, Colorado ” County commissioners will discuss the proposed $53-million sale of the Lake Creek Village apartments at a public hearing next Monday.
The hearing will be at the Eagle County building at 5:45 p.m.
Commissioners want to sell the affordable rental complex in order to spend the money on other affordable housing projects, such as paying for Stratton Flats in Gypsum, buying land, or senior assisted-living, officials said.
Their discussion on Monday will decide if the county can start negotiating exclusively with Corum Real Estate Group, which currently manages the complex. Public comment is welcome.
