Aldrich Art

Special to the DailyAldrich Art will be exhibited at the Cogswell Gallery booth at the Vail Wine and Art Faire today from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The masterminds behind the Mother Nature-inspired jewelry, Benny and Valerie, will be in the gallery from 3-6 p.m. Aldrich Art is a cottage industry currently located in southern Colorado. Benny and Valerie started out in a tepee on their property just outside Prescott, Ariz., over 25 years ago. They employ up to 15 people at any given time. They have chosen to keep their business small. They believe that small organization is an important factor in keeping quality and standards in their original, handmade, inlayed jewelry intact. Cogswell Gallery has represented Aldrich Art Jewelry for 15 years. Contact Cogswell Gallery at 476-1769, or on the Web at www.cogswellgallery.com.
