BEAVER CREEK — On select evenings through March 31, Allie’s Cabin, a picturesque fine-dining retreat atop Beaver Creek Mountain, will host a series of featured wine dinners in conjunction with a celebrated group of wineries, illuminated by the Thursday Night Lights fireworks over Beaver Creek Village.
Five courses of classic, contemporary, regional fare will be paired with the featured four or five wines of the evening, depending on the featured winery and whether a dessert wine is included. Each week, the chef will take tasting notes for each of the wines and build the menu around those wines.
“Allie’s Cabin wine dinners invite guests to savor impeccable wineries while enjoying true gourmet dishes in an intimate mountain setting,” said Bob Battle, general manager of Allie’s Cabin. “At the same time, the open-air sleigh ride and Thursday Night Lights fireworks show offer the perfect complement to the evening.”
Diners attending the wine dinners are encouraged to dress warmly for the sleigh ride from Beaver Creek Village to Allie’s Cabin.
Reservations are required for the Featured Wine Dinners, and they may be made by calling 970-754-5545.
