Bland named director of real estate sales at two Timber Resorts residences
EAGLE COUNTY — Timbers Resorts, one of the largest independent developers and operators of private boutique resorts and residence clubs, has appointed David Bland as director of real estate sales for The Residences at The Sebastian in Vail and Timbers Bachelor Gulch.
Bland, who has more than 30 years of experience in luxury real estate and hospitality, will oversee all real estate sales and strategy within two of Timbers’ award-winning luxury boutique residences.

Before joining Timbers Resorts, Bland founded and served as principal of consulting service focusing on new capital placements, business development and sales of luxury private residences, as well as asset management, hospitality acquisitions and restructuring projects.
Bland also has served as senior director of hospitality and leisure for REAS Group at Alvarez & Marsal, where he led a $4 billion hospitality portfolio valuation and the successful execution of multiple mergers and acquisitions.

The Sebastian in Vail was recently ranked among the best in the world in the 20th annual Travel and Leisure World’s Best Awards. The Sebastian was recognized as the no. 12 best resort in the U.S. and the no. 52 hotel in the world. Timbers Bachelor Gulch recently underwent an $8 million refresh project.
