Centrex Rehab now provides therapy services at Castle Peak
EAGLE — Centrex Rehab is now providing services at Castle Peak in Eagle.
The therapy operation is part of the Castle Peak senior care facility, which will celebrate its grand opening Thursday and has welcomed its first assisted living residents. Augustana Care, a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that owns and manages 23 senior care projects, is the project builder and operator. The facility’s 5-acre site is located immediately north of Brush Creek Elementary School in the Eagle Ranch neighborhood. The 62,000-square-foot building will include 22 skilled nursing beds, 20 assisted living apartments, 12 memory care beds and 10 transitional care units. Centrex Rehab will be in charge of the transitional care services at Castle Peak.
“Colorado is known for its natural beauty with warm, friendly people who enjoy all aspects of life, including being physically active,” said Centrex CEO Kristy Brown.
Centrex Rehab prides itself on its strong compliance program and being a company that listens to its 300 employees. The company also provides continuing education hours annually for staff and has an extremely high retention rate. “Our priority is giving staff a good work-life balance,” Brown said.
