Coldwell Banker names business development head

GRAND JUNCTION — Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, recently announced Michael Taylor has joined the firm as the director of business development for its offices serving the Steamboat Springs and Vail markets.

Taylor has been active in the real estate industry as a contractor, a developer, a consultant and a broker for more than 25 years.

Since 1986, he has founded and managed several real estate and construction companies, as well as supervised and directed the design, development, construction and the leasing and brokerage of more than $250 million in commercial, single-family and multi-family real estate.



Taylor has extensive experience consulting on real estate and construction matters with many of America’s largest real estate and investment banking firms.

He is licensed in California as a general engineering contractor, building contractor, hazardous substance removal contractor and asbestos abatement contractor, and he is also licensed in Colorado, Massachusetts and California as a real estate broker.
