• Wednesday: • County offices will be closed for Veteran’s Day — no exercise class at the Golden Eagle or lunch activities at Maloit Park Senior Wellness Center

• Canceled for month of November: Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, 3:30 p.m. at Trinity Church in Edwards. Classes will resume on an ongoing basis beginning Dec. 7.

Tuesdays

• Senior lunch, Golden Eagle Senior Center, noon. $3 suggested donation. Rides available. Call 970-328-8896 for reservations. Home Delivered Meals are also available for home-bound seniors age 60 and over. For additional details on this program, call 970-328-8896.

• Non-medical foot care (toenail trimming and foot soaks), Golden Eagle Senior Center, third Tuesday of month, 9 to 12. Call 970-328-8896.

• Transportation for errands (post office, bill pay, prescription pick-ups, etc.). Bus leaves Golden Eagle Senior at 2 p.m. Call 970-328-8896.

• Joint Relief Water Class, Avon Recreation Center, 10 to 11 a.m. $2. Call 970-328-8831.

• Water aerobics class, Gypsum Recreation Center, 10 to 11 a.m. $5. Call 970-328-8896.

• Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, 2:30 p.m. at Golden Eagle Senior Center in Eagle. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises are enhanced to include cognition, vocal therapy, and fun. Not just for those with PD – this class is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength

• Eagle County Caregiver/Memory Loss Support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Eagle River Presbyterian Church, 4:30-6:00. All family caregivers are welcome! Please call Pat at 970 328-8831.

Wednesdays

• Chair yoga, Maloit Park Senior Wellness Center, 11 a.m. Free.

• Grocery shopping, bus leaves Maloit Park Senior Wellness Center at 12:30 p.m.

• Nordic Walking. Be ready to go by 10 a.m. All levels welcome.

Thursdays

• Book Lovers Coffee Klatch, Golden Eagle Senior Center, second and fourth Fridays of month, 10:30 a.m. For book lovers to talk, make recommendations and learn about different genres. Coffee and snacks provided.
