• Senior Spot, Eagle River Presbyterian Church, 1 to 4 p.m. A program of Eagle Valley Senior Life. Balance exercises, culinary creations, music and more. Drop in for some or all of the time. • Parkinson Power Moves, Trinity Church, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Dynamic and fun exercise program based on 30 years of research showing that certain types of exercise can slow and possibly stop the progression of Parkinson’s. Taught by certified instructors. Large amplitude movements improve posture, balance, agility and coordination.

• Tai chi for beginners, Avon Recreation Center, 4:55 to 5:55 p.m. $10.

• Intermediate tai chi, Avon Recreation Center, 6:30 to 8 p.m. $10.
