• Mondays and Wednesdays: Technology training for older adults, Eagle Public Library, 2:30 to 3:20 p.m. Work with high school students to learn more about the Internet, iPhones, iPads, laptops, social media, etc. Call 970-328-8896 for more information or to sign up.
• Wednesday: Non-medical foot care (toenail rimming and foot soaks), Maloit Senior Wellness Center, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. First come, first served. Call 970-328-8831 for more information.

• Friday: Avon Public Library visits Maloit Park Senior Wellness Center with a selection of large print books, DVDs and audio books, 11 a.m.
• Friday: Salsa-making demonstration, Maloit Park Senior Wellness Center, 11 a.m.
• May 12: Medical foot care appointments with Dr. Brian Maurer. Appointments begin at 2:15 p.m. Please call 328-8896 to reserve a spot.

• Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, Trinity Church in Edwards, 5:30 p.m. Class focuses on strength, balance and flexibility. Exercises are enhanced to include cognition, vocal therapy and fun. Not just for those with Parkinson’s — it is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

• Nordic Walking. Be ready to go by 10 a.m. Wear layered clothing to be prepared for all types of weather. All levels welcome.
