• Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, 5:30 p.m. at Trinity Church in Edwards. This class focuses on strength, balance and flexibility. Exercises are enhanced to include cognition, vocal therapy and fun. Not just for those with PD — this class is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength.
