Learn about teaching careers Thursday

EDWARDS ¬タヤ Colorado Mountain College Vail Valley in Edwards will host information sessions for those interested in earning a bachelor¬タルs degree in elementary education and pursuing a teaching career.

The college offers a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies: elementary education, leading to a dual licensure in elementary education as well as culturally and linguistically diverse education. According to a recent report from Colorado¬タルs Office of Economic Development, teachers are in high demand in the state. Locally, teachers with dual licensure in these areas are especially needed.

Those interested in discovering more about a teaching career in elementary education are encouraged to attend an information session Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Colorado Mountain College Vail Valley in Edwards, 150 Miller Ranch Road, Room 204.
