New broker joins Berkshire Hathaway office

VAIL — Phil Frank recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a broker associate in its Eagle office. The announcement was made by Michael Slevin, President, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.

Phil called the Vail Valley home since 1983 and is well known for his long career as a community banker, recently as Senior Vice President with Community Banks of Colorado. Frank currently serves on several boards, including the Eagle Ranch Housing Corporation, Metcalf Archaeology, and is treasurer of the Eagle Valley Nordic Council.

“My many years as a community banker gave me great exposure to the real estate industry, both commercial and residential,” said Frank. “I am excited to take this next step in my career by joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a real estate broker.”
