New brokers join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices

Renee Stracka

EAGLE COUNTY — Crystal Jay and Renee Stracka have recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as broker associates. Jay is working in the company’s Beaver Creek office, while Stracka is working at Eagle Ranch. The announcement was made by Michael Slevin, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.

Jay grew up in a real estate family in Panama City, Florida, and graduated from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, where she holds a degree in hospitality, recreation and resort management. In 2006, she began her career in the Vail Valley as the Summit Clubhouse manager for the Club at Cordillera and later helped open the Vail Mountain Club. Most recently, Jay was a broker with Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty in Vail.

“I’m overjoyed to be jumping on board with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Beaver Creek,” Jay said. “I look forward to continuing my career and expanding my real estate business with the Berkshire Hathaway team.”

After growing up in Wisconsin, Stracka moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado and instantly knew she was here to stay. She developed a solid foundation as a Realtor with PorchLight Real Estate Group in Denver and continued to build on her success with Kentwood Real Estate. Now a full-time Vail Valley resident, she is eager to work with clients in both Denver and the Vail Valley.

“I am so excited to move to the Vail Valley and continue my real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway in Eagle Ranch,” Stracka said. “The company’s strong connection to the community as well as the depth of tools and resources supporting brokers is exceptional. I look forward to continued success for my clients, and the Eagle Ranch office is the perfect locale to work and accomplish my client’s real estate dreams.”
