Senate candidate Cory Gardner to speak in Eagle on Wednesday

EAGLE — Cory Gardner, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, will be speaking Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Eagle.

Hosted by the Eagle County Republicans, Gardner will be addressing the various issues driving his campaign as well as answering questions from the audience.

Born and raised in Yuma, Cory is a fifth-generation Coloradan. He graduated summa cum laude from Colorado State University and received his law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He served in the Colorado House of Representatives before being elected to the US Congress from District 4 in 2010.

“Eagle County Republicans are thrilled to sponsor Cory for this up-close and personal event,” said Kaye Ferry, chair of Eagle County Republicans. “Naturally, we look forward to working with him to achieve our mutual goal of winning this very important Senate seat.”

The event will be held at Republican headquarters at 403 Broadway in Eagle at 6 p.m. All members of the community are invited to attend.
