Upcoming events

• Technology training for older adults, 2:30 to 3:20 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday at the Eagle library. Work with high school students to learn more about internet, iPhone, iPad, laptops, social media, etc. Please call 328-8896 for more information or to sign up.

• Tuesday: 11 a.m. seated exercise class is canceled at the Golden Eagle Senior Center.

• Tuesday: Non-medical foot care at the Golden Eagle Senior Center, 9 to 11:30 a.m. First come, first served.

• Wednesday: Poker game at the Golden Eagle Senior Center, 1 p.m.

• Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, 5:30 p.m. at Trinity Church in Edwards. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises are enhanced to include cognition, vocal therapy, and fun. Not just for those with PD — this class is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

• Nordic Walking. Be ready to go by 10 a.m. All levels welcome.
