• Sept. 14: Shopping trip to Walmart in Avon. Bus will leave the Golden Eagle Senior Center in Eagle at 10 a.m. and return around 12:30 p.m. Call 970-328-8896 to reserve a seat on the bus.

• Parkinson’s Foundations exercise class, 5:30 p.m. at Trinity Church in Edwards. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises are enhanced to include cognition, vocal therapy, and fun. Not just for those with Parkinson’s, this class is beneficial for anyone who would like to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Tuesdays

• Senior lunch, Golden Eagle Senior Center, starting at noon. $3 suggested donation. Rides available. Call 970-328-8896 for reservations. Home Delivered Meals are also available for home-bound seniors age 60 and over. For additional details on this program, call 970-328-8896.
