Founded in 1986, SOS Global is a one-stop freight forwarding and logistics company, with operations teams in place in both the United States and Europe.

“We are delighted to have SOS Global join our 2015 World Championships family of partners,” said Michael Imhof, senior vice president of sales and operations for the Vail Valley Foundation and director of the 2015 World Championships. “With the enormous amount of shipping and transportation needs associated with an event of the magnitude of the 2015 World Championships, it’s great to know that we have an industry leader in this regard on our team.”

SOS Global will organize and handle transport of items such as race fencing, marketing signs, broadcast equipment and other essential equipment necessary to stage the championships. The SOS Global offices in the U.S. will provide on-site staff to assist partners and customers with their local needs in Colorado, while this team will also be supported by a full-time American operations team, along with additional members throughout Europe and Russia.
