Steve House set to speak at local GOP event on Wednesday
EAGLE COUNTY — Steve House, chair of Colorado Republican Committee, will be the guest speaker at Eagle County Republicans’ annual Lincoln Day Dinner on Wednesday.
House was elected in March at the bi-annual organization meeting of the Colorado State Central Committee. Before his election, he served as chair of the Adams County Republicans and was a candidate in last year’s primary race for governor. Prior to that, he served as a consultant in the health care industry.
Speaking About Party Unity
The message for this year’s dinner will be party unity. With what is shaping up to be an extensive and onerous primary season, it will be the main goal of the party to support the eventual winner and put differences aside, officials said.
Cafe Milano in Edwards will host the dinner, which will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. Tickets are $75 and reservations can be made no later than Monday at http://www.eagle gop.com or by contacting Katherine Paisen Senn at 970-390-1731. For any other information, call Kaye Ferry at 970-376-5100.
