Terry Krueger joins Berkshire
VAIL — Terry Krueger recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a broker associate in the company’s Lionshead office. The announcement was made by Michael Slevin, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.
Krueger is a veteran sales and real estate professional with more than 20 years of diversified experience. She specializes in fractional ownership, luxury timeshares and traditional whole-ownership real estate sales, giving her knowledge of all areas of the market.
“Terry is the consummate professional and brings Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices another area of expertise with her knowledge of fractional ownership in addition to her whole ownership focus,” Slevin said. “Terry’s passion and experience, coupled with her very personal approach complements our brokerage perfectly — we can’t wait to work with her.”
Krueger began her career in the housing industry as an underwriter’s assistant during the mortgage refinance boom of the 1990s. She has lived and sold real estate in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Aspen-Snowmass, Napa and Vail.
“I have been given opportunities to live in some of the best cities and resort destinations in America doing what I love — how could I turn that down?” she said
Krueger lives in Eagle-Vail with her sidekick, Epernay, a shiba-inu/husky mix.
“I love living in Eagle-Vail. It is the perfect locals location and only minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. With the golf course, neighborhood parks and numerous hiking trails right outside my door, I experience all the Vail Valley has to offer daily.”
