What goods or services do you provide? We are a full-service vacation rental manager utilizing online marketing, professional sales staff and latest technology to improve your rental business returns.

What’s new or exciting at your place? The company recently received a $10 million capital infusion for expansion.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? TurnKey Vacation Rentals was founded by an experienced internet travel team with a love of vacation rentals. We thought that the experience of booking and staying at a short-term rental should be better than a hotel. We feel the best way to grow the vacation rental market is to improve the homeowner and guest experience with better, less expensive management tools for owners and a more consistent vacation rental experience for consumers.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Our mission is to provide the best and most value-conscious management experience for our homeowners and to provide a guest experience that keeps travelers coming back time and again.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: (From Alison Lindsey) Originally from New York, I graduated from NYU with a bachelor’s degree in art history. I somehow landed in the Rocky Mountains, met my husband, Daric, and had a baby girl, Susie.

Working hard motivates me daily. TurnKey provides this outlet for me and I’m looking forward to spreading the word and developing the market here in Vail and Beaver Creek. I have 10 years of experience in vacation rentals and hospitality in the Vail Valley working with other vacation rental and resort managers. I really loved what I saw with TurnKey’s approach and business model, so I decided to join this innovative and growing business.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? TurnKey is rather new to the Vail Valley market so I don’t have a knee slapping story yet. I try to find humor and in every day, which is not hard to do here. Follow us on Facebook at to stay updated with the humorous events among the TurnKey crew.
