EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado ” Vail reported 4 inches of new snow this morning with 100 percent of 192 trails open and a 48 mid-mountain base. Beaver Creek reported 4 inches of new snow with 146 of 148 trails open and a 53 mid-mountain base.
At 9: 30 a.m. MST, the temperature was -1 degrees F with a 4 mph wind from the east.
The forecast for Thursday calls for continued cold; a daytime high of 16 degrees F and a low of -3 degrees F overnight.
