Special to the Daily This antique, which can be viewed at the Eagle County Historical Societys museum, is a washing machine with an ice cream maker attachment. It was donated to the museum by Ira and Ella Bindley.

EAGLE Ever wonder about the value of that old washboard you inherited from your great-grandmother? Or how about that pretty bone china tea cup you picked up at a garage sale?The Eagle County Historical Society will host its first-ever Antiques Show & Tell at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle.Think Antiques Roadshow, but with a local twist. All are invited to bring in an antique item to show to the group. Be prepared to tell a brief story about the antique its history, how you got it, whatever. The historical society will award a prize for the best antique and story.The historical society has arranged for some experienced appraisers to be on hand to share their knowledge about the items that are shown.Members of the Eagle County Historical Society can attend the program for free.
