Apres Ski Tasting offers vino lovers chance to explore
VAIL Tonight the 18th Annual Taste of Vail festival features the ultimate after party the Aprs Ski Tasting: Life Beyond Chardonnay, Cabernet & Merlot. The tasting will offer a variety of wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz from guest vineyards and winery owners, paired with food created by well-known chefs in Vail.
The signature dishes will be prepared on site and will complement the different wines being offered to guests. Restaurants featured at the Aprs Ski are: Bighorn Bistro, DaVinci, Grouse Mountain Grill, Juniper Restaurant, La Tour, Ludwigs, Market Place, Sapphire Restaurant & Oyster Bar, Toscanini, Up the Creek, Vail Chophouse and Zacca Za! The 18th Annual Taste of Vail continues through Saturday.The Aprs Ski Tasting: Life Beyond Chardonnay, Cabernet & Merlot will be held today at the Vail Plaza Hotel and Club from 3:30 to 6 p.m. and is included in the Festival Pass. You can buy an individual ticket to the event for $110.
