Arrowhead

Located at the western gateway to Beaver Creek Mountain, Arrowhead offers many advantages to its residents, most notably its placement in the Village-to-Village network. Linked by ski slopes in the winter and hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer, Arrowhead easily connects to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages.

All together, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead offer 1,625 acres of skiable terrain. Arrowhead itself has 180 acres of skiable terrain, 13 trails and a vertical drop of 1,700 feet. The Arrow Bahn Express rises up from the base of the mountain, providing the gated community with many ski-in/ski-out condominiums and townhomes.

Arrowhead is also a draw for golf aficionados, boasting arguably one of Colorado’s finest golf courses. The Jack Nicklaus-designed Country Club of the Rockies is a private 18-hole championship golf course with features reminiscent of traditional Scottish courses.

In addition to world-class golf and skiing, Arrowhead also offers amenities such as tennis and swimming within the community. Residents also gain access to a stretch of private fly fishing on the Eagle River that flows through Arrowhead property. During the summer, scenic hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed on Arrowhead Mountain.

Located within the clubhouse of the Country Club of the Rockies, the Bristol Restaurant is a longstanding favorite among locals and visitors alike. A relaxing pond and waterfall surround the outdoor patio, making the Bristol a great place to enjoy a peaceful summer brunch. Another favorite dining establishment in Arrowhead Village is the Broken Arrow Cafe that offers a sunny outdoor patio perfect for apres-ski afternoons.

The exclusive Arrowhead Alpine Club provides its residents with the ultimate experience in service and community. Within the social club, members can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, valet ski services, private locker rooms, a members’ lounge with food service, an apres ski bar, and an activities desk.

Arrowhead is short drive from the commercial centers of Avon and Edwards, but maintains a secluded feel nestled against the mountainside and bordering the banks of the Eagle River. However, a recreation path makes for a quick and fun connection to either town.

New projects on the horizon include a ski-in/ski-out development at the top of Arrowhead as well as a series of single-family duplexes at the base of the Arrow Bahn Express.
