The alleged victim, a local woman, told investigators she went to the massage parlor for a back and neck massage at about 11 a.m. She said she was taken to a table behind a screen. During the massage, the victim was told to lay on her back. After she did, Csi kissed her on the lips, forcing his tongue into her mouth.

He then rubbed her underneath her breasts, pulled her yoga pants out and looked at her genitalia, according to a police report.

The victim couldn’t verbally communicate with Csi, who speaks only Mandarin, according to the police report. She pushed him away, covered herself and showed pictures of her children in an attempt to explain she was married with a family.
