Avon aims to start trails group
AVON – The town of Avon is seeking to create an Avon Trails Advisory Group to help town staff steer future trail projects. This group will consist of three to five full-time, year-round residents, and will meet approximately five times a year to discuss construction and maintenance projects. Participation in public events, fundraising activities, volunteer coordination, construction planning/participation, and project prioritization is expected.
