Avon Planning and Zoning Commission recommends denial of Traer Creek
AVON, Colorado – The Avon Town Council earlier this year asked for the town Planning and Zoning Commission’s opinion about proposed changes to the Village at Avon plan. That opinion came on Monday.
After a public hearing lasting more than five hours, planning commission members unanimously recommended that the Town Council deny the changes to the land plan. Commission members also sent along recommendations that the council accept several items in a term sheet that’s part of a potential settlement of a pair of lawsuits dating back to 2009.
