When he needs to channel the force, barrista and big cheese Harry Gray dons his red toque. But most days, keeping the county juiced up is good enough to get him through the day. “We’re maintaining a certain line here,” says the owner of Harry’s Bump and Grind in Minturn. “I won’t make you too foo-foo of a drink. I don’t want to do anything that covers up the coffee.” Complaining that most American coffee is just too damn weak, Harry has figured out the great secret of coffee making. “I pull my shots a little long, so there’s some horsepower there.”
