Beaver Creek awards advertising to Sticky Grey

BEAVER CREEK – Beaver Creek Resort has awarded its advertising business to Grey Worldwide’s Sticky Grey. The assignment is effective immediately and the media buying and planning will be handled by Grey Global Group’s (NASDAQ: GREY) MediaCom. The assignment was awarded as a result of a speculative creative pitch between Sticky Grey in New York, Weiden & Kennedy in Portland, TBWA/Chiat/Day San Francisco, The Richards Group in Dallas and HL2 in Seattle. The first campaign, which will primarily be a print effort, is expected to break during the spring. “This was a creative win, pure and simple – and nothing feels better than that,” said David Freilicher, managing partner of Sticky Grey. Sticky Grey is one of the Villages of Grey Worldwide New York, which is the largest agency entity in the Grey Worldwide global network. Grey Worldwide is a partner company of Grey Global Group, which is one of the largest global marketing communications networks in the world. “This exciting partnership will certainly help increase awareness of Beaver Creek as a luxury and adventure-laden winter and summer destination,” said John Garnsey, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Beaver Creek.Vail Colorado
