BEAVER CREEK Beaver Creek hosts the Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival Aug. 7-9. This annual festival features culinary demonstrations and a wine auction that benefits local charities.The Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits Festival features celebrity chefs from around the world including: Michael Cimarusti, Providence, Los Angeles; Joseph Manzare, Globe and Zuppa, San Francisco; Marco Stabile, Ora DAria Ristorante, Florence, Italy and Christoph Wagner from Lech, Austria.

In addition to the guest chefs, the culinary talents of locals Pascal Coudouy, Bivans Restaurant; Mark Ferguson, Spago; Jay McCarthy, Beaver Creek Chophouse; David Walford, Splendido; Riley Romanin, Foxnut and Francois Millet, Bivans Restaurant will be featured.The Beaver Creek Wine & Spirits epitomizes the best in wine, spirits, and food, said Tony ORourke, executive director of the Beaver Creek Resort Company. We have an amazing lineup of guest chefs, as well as the winners of the San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition. Executive Director and founder of the San Francisco International Wine Competition and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Anthony Dias Blue, will be in residence during the Wine & Spirits Festival. He brings with him the Double Gold Medal Winners from the competitions; guests of the festival will be able to sample these winners and learn more about both wine and spirits.
