The fall foliage was in full display on Sunday, Sept. 16, as people made their way around Beaver Creek Mountain for the Hike, Wine and Dine event.
The Sunday, Sept. 16, Hike, Wine and Dine event featured a hike through the changing colors of fall and benefited Jack’s Place, a cancer house in the Vail Valley, and the Shaw Cancer Center.
About 400 people hike on Beaver Creek Mountain for the Hike, Wine and Dine event on Sunday, Sept. 16, many of them walking in remembrance of a friend or family member who suffered from cancer.
Food tents along the Hike, Wine and Dine event on Beaver Creek Mountain featured food from many of the Vail Valley’s finest restaurants and included desserts and drinks to benefit the Shaw Cancer Center and Jack’s Place. The hike was a moderate 5 mile loop.
Many of the Hike, Wine and Dine events were at the event to honor friends and family on Sunday, Sept. 16.
