Bergman joins Edwards clinic
Vail, CO Colorado
EDWARDS, Colorado – Acupuncturist Dustin Bergman recently joined the staff of Riverwalk Natural Health Clinic.
He joins Deborah Wiancek, ND, and Shana McQueen, ND, who are also practitioners at Riverwalk.
Dustin earned his master’s degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, one of the premier schools of this discipline. Prior to his studies at Bastyr, Dustin earned a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington.
Acupuncture is an ancient art of health, balance, and healing. Utilizing ultrafine needles, highly trained practitioners place them in several of over 360 points on the body. Using their knowledge of these points, and “meridians” or lines of force along the body, hundreds of different maladies can be treated, and the patient restored to balance.
Dustin is trained not only in herbs and acupuncture, but also qigong (energy healing), tui na (acupressure massage), cupping and moxibustion. Using a combination of these therapies, he is able to treat a broad spectrum of complaints. Areas of special interest include sports injuries, enhancing sleep, smoking cessation and chronic pain.
