Best Of: Apres Scene in Beaver Creek

Kristin AndersonEven Beaver Creek's avalanche dogs like to apres at the Coyote.

Known locally as the unofficial employee lounge, Beaver Creek’s Coyote Cafe is the after-work hangout of choice for all mountain employees. But it’s not a locals-only joint. “We’re shamelessly un-trendy,” says Buzz Busby, general manager. “It’s lively. We’ve got a real nice mix of locals and tourists.” The ‘Yote’s nachos are legendary, as is the deck on a sunny day.

The Beaver Creek Chophouse has dibs on being the closest restaurant to the snow. With a full view of Centennial, the full-service deck is the largest in the village.

At the Dusty Boot, the burgers rule the apres scene. Try one with a cold, frosty one.
