Its located in the heart of the village, so it stands to reason The Tap Room is the heart of the town. The second-floor bar and grill has a prime view of Bridge Street. Formerly a private club, its retained a high-end feel while catering to locals and visitors alike. Were always changing the menu, says Dave Root, general manager. We have something for everybody and the pricing is right. So try some of the slow-cooked ribs, homemade meatloaf or classic cheesecake.

Main Street Grill is spicy the way only a Cajun joint can be. Owners Nikki and Chris Heiden. The bar and grill in the middle of Riverwalk serves up crazy fish tacos, great jambalaya and spicy grilled salmon.

Just down the way is Woodys, the sort of neighborhood joint that draws people for lunch, dinner, a drink or just a little company. Try any of the enormous sandwiches or the fish and chips.
