I specialize in oxygen infusion treatments, which have been a big hit with clients. These “red carpet” treatments invigorate the skin and will leave you looking and feeling buttery soft with a gorgeous glow.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from the competition? I offer high-end spa facials in a private studio in the heart of Edwards. For those seeking to come regularly, package pricing is available for a series of treatments.
I treat each of my clients with the same level of care that I would give a close family member or friend. My clients can expect honesty, integrity and respect. When treating their skin issues we discuss diet, health and lifestyle, as well as their product regimen.
This allows us to set a more complete action plan for their skin’s health.
I am originally from England, which has a very humid climate, so it was quite an adjustment for my skin when I settled in Colorado 21 years ago. I love the Colorado lifestyle and enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking and spending time with friends in my spare time.
I have a degree in early childhood learning and worked in that field in both the UK and
the U.S. for many years. Eleven years ago, I decided to build upon my educational
background and study esthetics in order to help my skin and that of my clients in our
challenging Colorado environment. I worked briefly at Vail Cascade Resort, then spent
the last 10 years at the Allegria Spa in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek.
In January, I opened Quench so I could put my skincare expertise to use working one-on-one with locals and visitors in a peaceful setting. Having my own schedule allows me to participate in continuing education, which keeps me informed and excited about what I do!
It was certainly not funny at the time, but I once worked on a gentleman with sleep apnea, so he would alternate between falling asleep, not breathing at all and sputtering back to consciousness during his facial. Every time I thought that I would have to dial 911, he would suddenly wake up and smile. At the end of the treatment I expressed concern about his breathing patterns, but he just started laughing and explained his condition – phew!
