What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Our customer service and quality of equipment speaks for itself. We want you to count on us to make your day extra special. We will do whatever it takes to get your party jumping!

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Jump To It wants your jumping experience to be lots of fun as well as completely safe. We will never just drop off our equipment and let you do the rest. We deliver, set up, and remove the jumper for you. We will also go over all of the necessary information to make your party fun and as safe as possible. We are only a phone call away at all times. For an additional charge, Jump To It can provide professional supervision at your event. That way, all you have to do is have fun!

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: We have lived in the valley for three years now and love it! Our business is family owned and operated by my husband and myself.

Our children also help to set up at events. We got into this business because of our children so it’s nice to be able to bring them to “work” with us. They also get to test out the equipment which is a definite perk.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? I think the funniest part about this business is that adults are almost as excited to jump in the inflatable as the children. I always let the parents know that they are more than welcome to join the kids inside. It is definitely a good time for all.
