What goods or services do you provide? ServiceMaster 24/7 is in the business of helping its customers through all major disasters to their home or business. We specialize in restoring your home/business after water damage, fire or smoke damage and mold contamination. We are also here for our customers on a day-to-day basis for carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? ServiceMaster 24/7 is a family business that understands when disasters happen it is an emotional time and we try to be there to fix the damage and offer support for the people involved. We also offer proactive solutions, such as ClearSpace, to prevent mold and water damage in your basements and crawl spaces. We want our customers to know that our Yellow Vans represent a service they can count on day or night.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? The philosophy of our company is giving our customers the assurance that from their first call to the completion of the job they will receive prompt, professional and quality service through the entire process.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I grew up in Southern California and graduated from California Polytechnic University-San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business/Accounting.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? All I can say that with a name like ServiceMaster, our friends enjoy leaving a lot of funny messages on our answer machine regarding “services” we do not offer.
