What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition?

With over 20 years of experience in Vail, we have the knowledge and resources to make your stay in the Vail Valley unforgettable. I work personally with all our clients. What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you?

We think that a visit to Vail is the ultimate vacation experience and we provide services that take all the work out of it for our clients. We do your grocery shopping so you have a fully stocked kitchen and your favorite bottle of wine, flowers or gift basket awaiting you when you arrive. Or take the night off from cooking and have one of our renowned chefs prepare an unforgettable, romantic dinner. There’s no need to go to the ski shop and wait in lines when you can have your ski equipment and lift tickets delivered right to your door.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience:

I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. The first time I skied was in Vail in 1981. I knew then that I belonged in the mountains and would one day call Vail my home. I moved to Boulder, in the 1980s and graduated from the University of Colorado. I lived in New York City for two years where I worked as a personal assistant. I loved New York, but my heart was in Colorado. I’m very fortunate to live in Vail. It is a fantastic place to live, work and raise my 10-year-old son Cas and my dog Rocky.
