Type of Business: We’re a young ladies’ store and we sell lots of jeans from $42 to $130. Purses are a big item in our store, but mostly fashion clothes, tops, skirts, jeans, shorts and tees.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition?We’re a hip, trendy store for young women, priced for locals so they don’t have to go to Denver to shop anymore. We have all the latest fashions as seen in all the magazines.What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers?Attention. Attention. Attention. We listen to customer requirements; we’re friendly and let them know what looks good on them and what suits their figures best.
Tell us a little bit about your background and experience:We operated a children’s store in Beaver Creek for 18 years so we know about dealing with customers and how to give great service.
