Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival moves to new office

Daily Staff Report
Vail, CO, Colorado
Newsroom@vaildaily.com

The Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, which had its main office in Minturn for the past eight years, has relocated to a new office in West Vail, above First Bank and 7-11 on North Frontage Road.

The new location puts the Festival closer to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and the Vail Mountain School, the locations of the majority of Bravo’s concerts this summer.

“We now have more space, a convenient location for our patrons and we will save on gas and travel time this summer,” office managers Sandy Bruce said.

Celebrating 22 years in the Vail Valley in 2009, the seven-week Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival brings some of the best classical musicians in the world to the valley every year.

This year the festival will bring in three renowned orchestras, the Dallas Symphony, The Philadelphia Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic. Festival highlights include Jaap van Zweden, newly appointed music director and conductor for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, world renowned cellist Alisa Weilerstein, violinist Gil Shaham, and pianists Yuja Wang, Orli Shaham, and Garick Ohlsson.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
