Broadband video series to focus on winter lifestyle
VAIL – LX.TV (www.LXTV.com), a luxury lifestyle broadband television network, introduces “LX/Snow,” an original broadband video series that provides an insiders’ guide to luxurious winter destinations in the United States. George Oliphant, a Colorado native, will host LX/Snow, showing viewers the villages, restaurants, spas and the newest happenings. This broadband series is launched in partnership with Vail Resorts.Each weekday throughout the winter season, LX.TV will release a new LX/Snow video episode on its Web site available for free on-demand viewing at http://www.lxtv.com/snow, giving its audience access to winter resort destinations including Vail Resorts properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone as well as Heavenly in California and places in Nevada. Vail Resorts will also distribute selected LX/Snow programming through its Web site at http://www.snow.com, as well as via the desktop SnowMate application and on local TV stations in Colorado.
Last winter, Oliphant was the VJ for MTV’s HDTV music channel, MHD, which was broadcast from atop Vail Mountain.LX.TV’s other broadband programming includes:
