Broken window in Gypsum home a mystery

Eagle Valley Enterprise
Vail, CO Colorado

GYPSUM, Colorado –A Gypsum house window was reported broken March 4. The home on Lara Court was up for sale and the damage was first noticed by a Realtor, who didn’t think the house had been entered.

Police investigated and found boot tracks as well as a piece of cardboard on the inside of the window pane. They also found a screen lying on the ground off to the side. It was partially covered by snow, suggesting it had been there at least two weeks before the investigation.

The neighbors said they didn’t hear or see anything suspicious around that time.
