Brothers Keeper plays ShowDown Town in Eagle Thursday
EAGLE — Moe’s Original ShowDown Town continues today at 6:30 p.m. at Eagle Town Park in Eagle, featuring Brothers Keeper underwritten by R&H Mechanical.
Brothers Keeper is a Vail-based trio that honestly displays heart and soul and rock ‘n’ roll. The core band consists of Scott Rednor on guitar, Michael Jude on bass and John Michel on drums. This show will be a tribute to Jerry Garcia and the sounds of the Grateful Dead.
ABOUT THE BAND MEMBERS
All three band members, hailing from East Coast backgrounds, have transplanted to the Vail and Roaring Fork valleys for both the mountains and the music. For the past 15 years, Michel and Jude have steadily played with the John Oates Band (Hall and Oates) and many other world renowned musicians, while Rednor has been involved in recording and touring projects on a national level for more than 20 years.
Rednor now owns Shakedown Bar in Vail, where he serves as music director and brings in national talent for locals and tourists from around the world. It is there that the trio has made their home amongst a cast of rotating musicians as well as several Brothers Keeper Featuring Series shows.
