Art exhibitLocal artist Charmayne Thevenet Bernhardt’s art show, “Whispering without words” opened Tuesday and runs through Nov. 30. Her artwork is on display in the Vail Library’s community room. Bernhardt’s interpretive, illustrated “teaching” signs that she creates for the ski resorts and the U.S. Forest Service will also be on display.
