Casey Kaut named GM of Beaver Creek’s Beano’s Cabin

BEAVER CREEK, Colorado – Beaver Creek has announced the appointment of Casey Kaut as the new general manager of Beano’s Cabin, where he is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations.
Kaut brings 17 years of food and beverage leadership experience, along with 14 years of fine dining management experience, to his new position at Beano’s Cabin. Recently he was the food and beverage director at the Hotel Jerome in Aspen. Kaut has worked at the Zagat-rated Smyth at the Iron Horse Hotel and Whist at the Viceroy, Santa Monica, Calif., and he has 10 years of experience working in private club management for the PGA Tour, Inc. While at the PGA Tour, he served as the director of food and beverage at the Tournament Player Clubs at the Canyons in Las Vegas, Valencia in Valencia, Calif., and Sawgrass in Ponte Verda Beach, Fla.
In addition to his extensive culinary experience, Kaut’s unique talent in working with the PGA Tour on special events will serve him well at Beano’s Cabin, which also hosts corporate groups and special event functions year-round. During his time at the PGA Tour he directed hospitality operations for 17 different PGA Tour golf tournaments, including three Players Championships at the Tournament Player Club in Sawgrass.
