Battle Mountain High School
Favorite moment from any school year: Winning the skiing state championships for the second year in a row and getting second at the league track meet in pole vault.
Give a shout out: To my teachers for keeping me involved and interested in my classes throughout my life. Without the great teachers I have had, I would not be where I am today. Thank you.
Summer plans: I plan to work and get my Chaco tan on.
Where you are headed this fall: University of Colorado-Boulder to study integrated physiology.
If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: My family and the endless adventures I have had in this valley.
In 10 years you’ll be: I’ll be a physical therapist.
Favorite class you took: I loved every science course that I have taken at Battle Mountain High School. They have broadened my knowledge and have given me great perspective on how special we are and where we live.
Class you wish had been offered: Social psychology. I think that it would be interesting to study social patterns of young adults.
A thief smashed a display window of a Bridge Street store and made off with a $5,500 bike some time between 7 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
