EAGLE, Colorado The Bowlmor Caf and Lounge, located in The Back Bowl in Eagle, will host comedian, Clinton Jackson as Comedy Night at the Bowlmor returns to the venue tonight. Each month the Back Bowl, in conjunction with Comedy Works in Denver, brings some of the brightest starts in comedy to the mountains.Clinton Jackson honed his craft in San Franciscos thriving comedy scene. As a stand-up, he has appeared on numerous national stand-up television shows. In addition to appearances on all the late night comedy shows, Jackson has made a mark on a plethora of TV comedy specials, including Evening at the Improv. He recently taped his own half hour comedy special for Comedy Central Presents.Jackson is more than a joke machine; he has that rare ability to spin a tale that draws an audience in then leaves them gasping with laughter when they realize theyve been taken for a ride. Even more appealing to most audiences is that his jokes are clean, earning him the respect of his peers and giving him a broad appeal.Opening the evening for Jackon is Denver resident Mike Sjerven. Sjervens comedy defies classification, as he can be a sharp social critic one minute and a hapless, confused individual the next. Hes opened for many of the top comedy acts in the region and is a Comedy Works regular who has opened for many of todays best comics. The show is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and, as is customary, ends when the laughter stops.Tickets for Comedy Night at the Bowlmor are $15 on the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased in person at The Back Bowl, or by phone with a credit card by calling 970-328-BOWL. For more information, call 970-328-BOWL ext. 12, or visit
